WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

WHAT TO EXPECT

Within the course of your communications with iConfidant, you may recieve phone calls, emails, texts, written letters, and other packages. Data rates may apply based on your cell service.

You are forming a relationship with a stranger. Understand that your iConfidant may push buttons that make you uncomfortable, or trigger emotional distress.

Foul language, adult themes, sexual conversations, politics and religion are all fair game within your communication with iConfidant, and their successors.

You may stop all correspondance with your iconfidant immediately by emailing registration@iconfidant.net. Please note, that once you request to be removed, all infomation, and data collected, such as emails, text messages and phone calls will be deleted from our services immediately.

I furthermore agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its successors, assigns, owners, officers, directors, or employees, against any claims brought by third parties in connection with my participation in using the iConfidant services. Any conflict or dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the law and jurisdiction of the State of California. Any remedies, rights, undertaking and obligations contained in this agreement shall be cumulative and none of them shall be in limitation of any other remedy, rights, undertaking, or obligation. Any waiver of any term of this agreement in a particular instance shall not be a waiver of such term for the future. I further consent to the taking of photographs or video, or sound recordings during my activities using iConfidant, waive all rights therein, acknowledge and agree that any such photographs and videos will be the property of Company, and may be used for marketing or publicity of iConfidant in any medium or manner.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this document and fully understand the content of this consent, waiver, indemnity and release. This consent, waiver, indemnity and release is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
